The Darling Downs is the heart of South East Queensland‘s farming region. Offering an elevated position, rich soil, open spaces and a sub-tropical climate, the area is perfectly suited to farming and produces over a quarter of Queensland’s agricultural output. Not only this, but the region is home to some of the finest wineries and feedlots in the country meaning we enjoy access to one-of-a-kind producers, artisan creators and distinctive culinary offerings. Our menu champions the incredible produce which abounds in the Darling Downs and you’ll find many unique flavours and food fresh from the source at local restaurants and bars that share the same ethos.
