Untamed, Natural Romance Comes To The Fore In This Ethereal Shoot At Gabbinbar Homestead
The natural beauty of the Gabbinbar grounds became the backdrop of a stunning styled shoot highlighting a modern take on romance: raw, wild and free-spirited.
Florist, Amey from The Perfect Party Co, created arrangements focusing on Australian flora, wild grasses, branches and petals in muted purples, beiges and peaches loosely tied together in gauzes and lace.
The arrangements were set inside the Gabbinbar Conservatory, the Library and weaved around the grand stone fireplaces to imbue an atmosphere of undone, whimsical femininity.
The exquisite beading of the Ella Moda bridal gowns caught the soft afternoon sunlight, but the stars of the show were the loose, long trains of these gorgeous gowns which created natural movement as the model walked barefoot around the marble fountain and under the majestic trees on the grounds of the Homestead.
Sarah Courtney of The Hair Artist Collective created loose, unstructured waves for the hair which added to the romantic feel, while Stacey of Mirror Mirror Makeup kept the look natural using a soft colour pallette.
Stationery from Yesterday Creative featured raw, textured edges in natural parchment to complete the shoot’s theme of a wild, modern and free-spirited romance.
