Our dedication to offering word-class menus has meant our team has been honoured as Queensland’s best caterers and Queensland’s best wedding caterers two years running at the Australian Restaurant and Catering Association’s Awards For Excellence. Choosing locally grown produce over imported or frozen fare we aim to excel at providing an authentic paddock to plate experience. Our menu looks to highlight the Darling Downs' unique offerings and is inspired by the local region. We love to promote and support local farmers and food artisans.

When you book a wedding at Gabbinbar Homestead we give you exclusive access for your wedding day. This means you can choose to marry in any of our ceremony locations or create your own magical spot in our garden.
We offer four formal ceremony locations and each are spectacular in their own way. Whether you have always dreamt of getting married under a big Figtree or Cedar, surrounded by a wood or under cover in a chapel or pavilion we offer something to suit every vision.

The Gabbinbar Experience includes 7.5 hours of drinks included in your package. We have worked with an indepdendent sommelier to carefully select the wines offered in our three packages - House, Signature and Premium.
Our drinks packages offer you a selection of the very best Australian and International wines from the leading wine regions, producers and winemakers. We are passionate about championing the fantastic wines that come from our own backyard so you will find a number of amazing Australian wines on offer.
We also include a fantastic range of beers in our drinks package from Australia's most-loved breweries. These include Stone & Wood, Little Creatures, Byron Bay Brewery and Great Northern.
Now is the time to celebrate
We ensure your special day ends as a memorable celebration! Dance the night away with your friends and family in our beautiful heritage-listed ballroom. With enough room for a band or DJ and our professional sound system you'll have everyone up joining you dancing.
