Mark + Pauline

SPRING  SEPTEMBER | 58 GUESTS | THE CEDAR LAWN

Beneath a stand of towering pines, Pauline and Mark exchanged vows where hedgerows met dappled afternoon light, the aisle bordered by low, tumbling arrangements of white roses, delphinium and calla lily. Pauline's gown, draped and off the shoulder, carried a cathedral veil that caught the last gold of the day, while her cascading bouquet of orchids, ranunculus and trailing amaranthus echoed the garden's quiet palette. Later, beneath the conservatory's fairy-lit glass ceiling, a grand piano stood as centrepiece to long candlelit tables dressed with calla lilies and black ribbon. The evening closed on the gravel drive, sparklers lit against the dark, a final, glowing farewell to a day held gently, from first light to last kiss.
