AUTUMN — APRIL | 74 GUESTS | THE CEDAR LAWN
Beneath the old cedar, white hydrangeas and roses gathered close to the grass as the couple exchanged vows in the garden light. There was an elegant restraint to the day: her sculpted corset gown softened by a long silk scarf, his black tie against the deep green of the estate, and a single-layer cake crowned generously with raspberries. Their golden retriever joined them for portraits along the gravel paths, while inside the Conservatory, low white florals, timber chairs and slender candles brought warmth to the tables. By evening, they were dancing in the Homestead, surrounded by family and friends, the celebration unfolding naturally from garden to candlelight.
