Last night Gabbinbar Homestead, in partnership with @eaststreetkitchen were immensely proud to open the 70th @toowoombacarnivalflowers with the @qantas Gala Dinner.
Over 200 guests were treated to an incredible six-course degustation menu, designed by our Head Chef Bernhard Kohlhuber and Head Chef of ESK Penny Hely.
The evening was a reflection of everything we stand for - food in abundance, locally sourced ingredients, exceptional service and innovative food.
We are incredibly proud of our team and what they achieved last night.
